We are happy to provide a tour to you at no cost.

You do not have to make an appointment to tour, but it is recommended so that you have dedicated time from our team to learn about our apartment community.

Our office staff is happy to help you at any time during normal business hours.

You can apply online or in-person in our office.

The approval process can vary, but will usually take 1-3 days.

Upfront costs will be $75 per applicant 18 years of age or older, a $200 administrative fee, and a security deposit of $500.00 upon approval.

Consider your budget, you are required to make 3 times the amount of the monthly rent, ask about the application process and be sure to read your lease.

We offer many ways to pay your rent, including online with checking/savings, debit/credit, apple pay, amazon pay. Or in person with check, cashiers check, or money order.

Yes, valet trash $27/month, pest control $5/month, and water/sewer/electric are individually metered based on your usage.

Yes, you are required to have renter's insurance.

No utilities are included in the rent.

We set up water for you, you should receive your first bill 30-45 days after your move in. Electric you would set up through Duke Energy.

AT&T is the cable and internet provider.

Friends and family make the best neighbors! We offer resident referrals. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Two guests max per apartment. Any guests staying longer than 14 days will need to be approved by the office.

We do not offer any price reductions if signing a longer lease, and we only allow residents to pay up to two months rent in advance.

We do not allow subletting of the apartments.

Lease termination fees are subject to what was signed in the lease agreement.

We offer a luxury gated community with a resort style swimming pool, with outdoor cabanas, and grills. A 24-hour fitness facility, game room, cyber café, dog park with dog wash, package room and more.

Parking is available on a first come first serve basis, we also have garages available for rent.

Washer and dryer is included in every unit.

Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Breed restrictions will apply.

There is a one-time deposit of $300 and monthly pet rent of $15. These fees are applied per pet.

Yes, we do have a dog park for your furry friends.

Stainless steel appliances come standard in every apartment.

We do not offer furnished units, but partner with furnishing companies that can help you with your needs. Contact the office for more details.

We offer leases between 7-14 months.

We do not offer corporate leases.

We do not accept packages at the front office, they should be delivered to our onsite pacakge room or straight to your front door.

The fitness center is open 24 hours.

We offer an array of free weight and cardio equipment, with a yoga studio with Wellbeats classes.

Orange county noise ordinance is from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

We currently do not have any rentable areas of our clubhouse.

We are located on the corner of S John Young Parkway & Central Florida Parkway.

The nearest cross streets are S John Young Parkway & Central Florida Parkway.

The nearest public transportation is across Central Florida Parkway, in front of Wawa.

We are located conveniently next to to I-4, International Drive, and SeaWorld.

Our community is in the Orange county school district.

We have a dog park located on property.

Yes, we have bike trails not far from our community, located in Hunters Creek.

Many of our residents shop at the Florida Mall, Mall of Millenia, and Orlando Premium Outlets.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance.

You can place a maintenance request online or you can call the main office line to submit a request on the phone.

Maintenance requests are handled within a 24-48-hour time period and emergencies take priority.

No, you do not have to be home, as maintenance will enter to ensure your request is completed in a timely manner.

During business hours, you may come to the office with your Identification to get access to your home. After hours, you would need to call the after hours emergency line.

We allow reasonable decorations and ask that you refer to the lease for additional information.
